Enter mileage and view the history of submissions

With this new interface, employees can enter their mileage directly from their Recharge dashboard in just a few clicks. Each submission is recorded and can be viewed at any time in a dedicated history, organized by time period. This feature simplifies the tracking of vehicle usage and provides a reliable record of all submissions.

Plan Your Trips: Locate and View Charging Station Information

Using the app, employees can plan their trips by accessing centralized information on charging station locations, real-time availability, power output, and rates. Managers and employees can filter results by plug type or charging speed, then identify suitable stations along their route. With access to more than 590,000 charging stations in Europe, this solution offers broader coverage than a search limited to a single operator and helps reduce unexpected issues during business trips.

Filter charging stations based on your preferences or needs

For every business trip, the Fulli app lets you filter charging stations by power output, plug type, availability, or even your preferred charging networks. This allows employees to quickly identify the solution best suited to their vehicle and time constraints. Detailed information about each charging station, including pricing terms, is available even before charging begins, providing greater transparency and making it easier to make the most informed choices.

View recent charging sessions and manage your card through the Fulli app

The Fulli app also allows employees to view their most recent charging sessions completed with their card, as well as the details of each transaction. For each session, they can find essential information such as the date, location, energy consumed, and the amount billed. This visibility promotes a better understanding of usage patterns and reduces the need for inquiries to the fleet manager.

Track usage and charging session history

With Fulli, fleet managers have a clear overview of usage and a complete history of charging sessions. The data accessible through the Pro Dashboard makes it easier to monitor expenses, centralize invoices, and identify usage by card. Unlike a tracking system that relies on multiple operators, this solution simplifies management and provides greater visibility into mobility costs.

In addition, employees’ regular mileage reports provide companies with valuable metrics for monitoring the activity of their electric vehicles and better managing the total cost of ownership (TCO) of their fleet.

Centralize invoices and export data to streamline management

With the Fulli Pro Dashboard, businesses can also access their detailed invoices and trips in a single location, with digital storage for up to 18 months. Transactions can be exported in CSV format to feed into accounting or fleet management tools, while expenses and trips are available within 48 to 72 hours to speed up reconciliations and ensure reliable tracking.
