The electronic toll tag for motorhomes
Using a motorhome on the freeway can be tricky, so Fulli makes your journey easier with the electronic toll tag.

It's possible to use the Télépéage badge for your motorhome!
On the freeway, you can take advantage of the many benefits offered by the electronic toll tag in the same way as other vehicle classes.
When you drive a motorhome, you belong to class 2, the intermediate vehicle class. The types of vehicle included are: vans or motorhomes less than 3m high, pick-ups with living quarters, class 1 vehicles towing caravans or trailers.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to enter my vehicle's class?
Is the electronic toll tag compatible with all freeways in Europe?
With your electronic toll tag, you can drive on any freeway in France. However, depending on the package you subscribe to, you can use your electronic toll tag in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
What happens if my electronic toll tag doesn't work?
If your electronic toll tag malfunctions, make sure it is correctly attached to the center mirror in the dotted area. For help, see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=539ZALuet-M.
If your badge is correctly attached, but still doesn't work, there are 2 solutions:
- Go to one of our Fulli Boutiques (find the list here) to test it, and if necessary, get a new one;
- Go to your online customer area to request a replacement, in the “My badges” > “Actions” section. When you receive your new badge, please mail the old defective one to the address provided.
How can I track my toll expenses?
You can track your toll expenses online via your Fulli customer area. You'll have access to a detailed statement of your passages and the amounts billed. You can also consult your consumption and invoices, order a replacement badge or badge holder, report the loss of a badge, modify your personal information or contact customer service.
What happens if the toll booth upgrades my vehicle and charges me more?
Look carefully at your electronic toll invoices, as it is the toll station that sends the information to Fulli about the class of your vehicle. If the toll station is mistaken, use the contact form on the Fulli website to send us your vehicle registration document, and we will readjust your toll rate.
Can I stop at freeway service areas to drain my motorhome?
Highway stops are the perfect time to give your motorhome a quick check-up. There's no need to wait until your tanks and cassettes are full to bursting, just drain them regularly to avoid unpleasant surprises. At some service areas you'll find free sanitary facilities, perfect for refilling your water. Look out for them on the Fulli app, thanks to their dedicated logo.
Grey water, from showers and sinks, is evacuated via taps or hatches under the vehicle. As for black water from the toilet, it is emptied in specific areas using the cassette provided for this purpose.
Please note, however, that it is forbidden to discharge into the environment, on public roads or into rainwater drains. Respect the environment!
