Where to place your electronic toll tag?

To ensure that your Fulli electronic toll tag is easily detected when you pass through the toll booth, make sure it is in the front bubble of your motorbike, in the transparent compartment of your tank bag, in the pocket of your jacket or in an electronic toll armband, with the tag facing the ground or against you.

Frequently asked questions

How do I use my electronic toll tag when I'm on a motorcycle?

To make it easier to detect your Fulli electronic toll tag at the tollbooth, make sure you position it correctly so that it can be easily spotted as you pass. You have three options:

  • In the bubble on the front of your motorcycle.
  • In the transparent compartment of your tank bag.
  • In your jacket pocket.
  • In a Télépéage armband, with the tag facing the ground or against you.

Your badge will then be perfectly detected by the toll systems. This detection allows you to pass through the barrier and records your journey, which will be included in your monthly bill.

Does my Fulli Télépéage badge work abroad?

The automatic activation of your Télépéage badge will enable you to use it in France, Spain and Portugal if you've opted for the Fulli Nomade offer, and even in Italy if you've chosen the Fulli Nomade + offer.

Make sure your badge is correctly positioned. When you're near the toll booth, choose a Télépéage lane at the freeway entrance and exit with the “t” logo. More information can be found here.

How soon will I receive my Fulli badge?

We undertake to dispatch your order within 48 working hours from the date of your subscription. Delivery then depends on postal delays. Please allow an average of 4 working days from the date of your order.

On which freeways in France can I use my Télépéage badge when riding my motorcycle?

With your Fulli Télépéage badge, you can drive on all French freeways, with or without toll barriers (free-flow freeways).
