Using my electric charging card

Locate a station.
Open the Fulli application and go to one of the network’s many stations. There is bound to be one near you!

Identify yourself easily.
Simply swipe your Fulli electric charging card in front of the station’s card reader.

Recharge your vehicle.
Select your plug type and charge your car.
New to Fulli?
Create your account in a few clicks and order your card. It will be shipped within 2 working days so you can take to the road quickly!

Choose your Comfort option, Single-use or Duo Plus offer.

Fill in the requested information and confirm.

Your card is sent within 2 days.
Has your card arrived? Activate it now!

Go to your customer area.
Click on the Manage my card(s) tab.

Activate your card using the 5 character activation code and your vehicle information.

Credit your card with the minimum amount of €20 using your bank card.

Received your partner card?
Activate your card rapidly by filling in all your information.
