How do I load my electronic toll tag using Chèques-Vacances?

What are Chèques-Vacances?
Vacation Vouchers are payment vouchers that can be used to pay for vacations, leisure activities, transportation, cultural activities, lodging, or meals. Created over 40 years ago, Chèques-Vacances are issued by the ANCV (National Agency for Chèques-Vacances) in paper or digital formats accessible via the ANCV website or mobile app. They are valid for two years and can be used in France and in European Union member countries.
How can I get some?
Any employee is eligible for Chèques-Vacances if their company has decided to offer this program. To obtain Chèques-Vacances, you can contact your Works Council (CSE) or your employer, depending on the size of your company.
Please note: Employees cannot order Chèques-Vacances on their own.
Use your Chèques-Vacances to pay for your travel
With the Liber-t Vacances offer, you can add €20 to €250 per calendar year to your electronic toll account. Enjoy all the benefits of electronic toll payment:

- Funds are debited from your bank account only the month following your trips
- €0 in management fees for months not used
What happens if your Chèques-Vacances credit runs out? Don’t worry, you can continue using your Liber-t Vacances badge for a €2 management fee only in the months you use it.
And what happens to your unused credit? Don’t worry, it will automatically roll over to the following year.

Top up your electronic tolltag in just a few clicks from your online customer portal:
Step 1: Log in to your customer portal
Step 2: Go to the “My Offers” tab
Step 3: Below your tag number, click “Credit”
Step 4: Enter your 11-digit Chèques-Vacances Connect ID (starting with 1) and the amount you wish to add.
Step 5: Follow the instructions in the Chèques-Vacances app

Top up your electronic toll account with paper Chèques-Vacances
Would you like to use your paper Chèques-Vacances to pay your toll fees? To do so, you must convert them into Chèques-Vacances Connect. Watch the tutorial video below or follow these steps by clicking here:
Step 1: Enter the amount you want to exchange
Step 2: Download the exchange form and mail your paper vouchers to ANCV
Step 3: Your Chèques-Vacances will be processed within 7 to 15 business days
Step 4: Once you receive confirmation of the exchange, you can load your Liber-t Vacances account in your Fulli customer portal
