How do I activate my Fulli recharge card?
Activate your card easily from your online customer area or the Fulli mobile application.

3. Enter the activation code printed on your Fulli recharge card

How much does a kWh cost with Fulli?
With Fulli Elec, your subscription is amortized from the first recharge, and you pay the price per kWh displayed on the charging station, without any commission or additional charges.
For example :
Price on the charging station: €0.59/kWh
Competitive offers with 10% commission: €0.65/kWh
With Fulli: €0.59/kWh net, with no commission or hidden charges
Where can I view my refill history?
From the Fulli mobile application or your customer area, go to the “My consumption” section to access your complete top-up history: amount, location, date, time and network name.
Which charging stations are accessible with my Fulli card?
The Fulli card is multi-operator and works with the majority of charging station networks in France and Europe, including : Ionity, Electra, Allego, Fastned, Powerdot, Engie Vianeo, Driveco, e-Vadea, ChargePoint, Freshmile, Izivia, TotalEnergies... and many others.

How long does it take to receive a Fulli card?
Your card is usually delivered within 4 working days of receiving your order confirmation.
Can I use my Fulli card abroad?
The Fulli card operates on an extensive network of 440,000 terminals throughout Europe. You can consult the full list of available terminals directly on the Fulli app or by clicking here.
How do I pay for my refills?
You pay for your top-ups once a month, by direct debit. You pay for all your usage for the previous month, with a detailed summary available in your customer area or on the Fulli application.
What are the advantages of a Fulli recharge card over a bank card?
Unlike a bank card, the Fulli card gives you access to all terminals, including those that don't accept CB payments. It also lets you track your refills in detail, with a complete history and a single monthly payment.
