On which highways in France can I use my Fulli Balade electronic toll payment badge?

You can drive on all motorways in France, with the exception of the Boulevard Périphérique Nord de Lyon (BPNL), the Pont de l'ïle de Ré, the Fréjus Tunnel, the Mont Blanc Tunnel, and the Prado Tunnel in Marseille.
