Is it possible to debit my bill from a bank account other than my own?
No, invoices must be debited from the Télépéage contract holder's bank account. For security and compliance reasons, it is not possible to use a bank account belonging to another person.
If you wish to change the account associated with your contract, you can update your bank details via your customer area or by contacting our customer service department.
To change your bank details, you need to log in to your customer area:
- access your customer area ;
- Click on “Update my payment methods” at the bottom left of your home page.
