How do I use my Fulli recharge card?

• If you are a customer of a Confort or à l'Acte offer:

to make full use of your Fulli electric recharging card, log on to your customer area to activate and credit your card. You'll then be able to use it at all of the 440,000+ charging stations compatible with the Fulli card.

• You are a Fulli Elec customer:

you don't need to credit your recharge card. You'll pay for your electric recharges only the following month.

In your customer area, you can also consult your transaction history and available balance, or deactivate your card in the event of loss or theft.
