How do I activate my Fulli rechargeable card?
Activate your card easily from your online customer account or on the Fulli mobile app.
- Log in to your customer account.
- Click on “Activate my card.”
- Enter the activation code printed on your Fulli rechargeable card.
Once activated, it's ready to use!
How much does a kWh cost with Fulli?
With Fulli Elec, your subscription pays for itself from the first recharge. You pay the price per kWh displayed on the charging station, with no commission or additional fees.
For example:
- Price on the charging station: $0.59/kWh
- Competitor offers with 10% commission: $0.65/kWh
- With Fulli: $0.59/kWh net, with no commission or hidden fee
Which charging stations can I use with my Fulli card?
The Fulli card is multi-operator and works with most charging station networks in France and Europe, including: Ionity, Electra, Allego, Fastned, Powerdot, Engie Vianeo, Driveco, e-Vadea, ChargePoint, Freshmile, Izivia, TotalEnergies... and many others.
You can find all compatible stations directly from our Fulli app, on an interactive map that is updated in real time to provide access to station information: rates, power, and availability. To download the app, visit the App Store or Google Play.
What are the advantages of the Fulli rechargeable card compared to a bank card?
Unlike a bank card, the Fulli card gives you access to all terminals, including those that do not accept bank card payments. It also allows you to track your top-ups in detail with a complete history and a single monthly payment.

How do I pay for my top-ups?
Payment for your top-ups is made once a month by direct debit. You pay for all your consumption from the previous month, with a detailed summary available in your customer area or on the Fulli app.
Where can I view my recharge history?
From the Fulli mobile app or your customer account, go to the “My consumption” section to access your complete recharge history: amount, location, date, time, and network name.
