How can I change if I'm already a Télépéage customer?

Changing your Fulli electronic toll plan is easy!

  1. from your customer area ;
  • Once logged in to your Fulli customer area, go to the “My offers” tab, then click on “My actions” and “Change offer”. You will then be able to choose a new electronic toll collection package that suits your needs.

  2. from our customer service department, using the contact details on the header of your invoice.
