Applicable discount rates:
5% for €25 to €49 spent on tolls
10% for €50 to €74 spent on tolls
15% for €75 to €139 spent on tolls
20% for €140 or more spent on tolls
If you make at least 10 round trips per month on the same route, the CITO 30 A'LIENOR is for you.
Enjoy a 30% discount on all your trips, starting with the 20th trip of the month (10 round trips).
Do you have a Cito 30 A'LIENOR pass or a pass that allows you to drive abroad? If so, you must update your new license plate number in your online customer portal.
For other plans, you don’t need to do anything; we’ll contact you if necessary!
To prevent unauthorized use of your badge, we recommend that you report it lost as soon as possible:
by visiting a Fulli store
by logging into your Fulli customer account, under “My Badges > Actions”
by contacting us using the contact information listed at the top of your invoice.
As soon as we receive your request, your badge will be deactivated immediately.
You can, of course, obtain a new badge.
