What is free-flow ?

The A69 Highway from Toulouse to Castres
The A69 is a 53-kilometer free-flow highway that opened in November 2026. It connects Toulouse to Castres and links up with the A68. It serves several towns, including Verfeil, Soual, and Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It is a major thoroughfare that reduces travel time and improves access to the southern part of the Tarn department.
