Why does the gate not open even if I am equipped with a badge?
If you are having problems with the detection of your toll badge, make sure that it is properly attached to the central rear-view mirror in the dotted area.

There are several reasons why the barrier does not open despite your badge:
The incorrect positioning of the badge: to do this, make sure that it is firmly fixed on the windscreen, at the central mirror in the area marked by dashes.
A reading fault: Your badge may not have been detected. Try to reposition slightly or move slowly.
If your badge is not detected, contact our teams by pressing the "Assistance" button on the toll booth. As a reminder, it is strictly forbidden to back off at the toll.
If the problem persists, contact our customer service to obtain a new toll badge, or go to one of our stores to have it tested and get a new one free of charge if your badge is defective.
