Thanks to the free-flow toll freeway A79, you can reach Moulins in two ways:

Coming from Chalon-sur-Saône and Mâcon on the N79, take the A79 and exit at n°31 Moulins - La Madeleine;
Coming from Paris, Bourges, Montluçon or Clermont and Vichy on the A71, take the A79 and exit at n°31 Moulins - La Madeleine...

Payment at the pay station

Pay for your journeys at one of the 16 kiosks on the A79 freeway.

You must pay for your journey on the A79 within 72 hours of passing through.

If you fail to pay within this time, a flat-rate penalty of €10, then €90, will be applied in addition to the toll.
